What RPG games will be released this year: a list of the most anticipated

A large number of RPG game releases are expected this year, some of which already have an official release date.

Judging by the upcoming releases, this year will be the year of RPG games, and gamers have already made a list of the most anticipated, writes Insider Gaming.

It's important to note that not all games have official release dates yet. Some of them could be pushed back from 2025 to 2026, and so on. Also not included in the list are games like The Elder Scrolls VI and The Witcher 4, as there's almost no chance they'll be released this year.

  • Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii — February 21
  • Monster Hunter Wilds — February 28
  • Assassin's Creed Shadows — March 20
  • Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land — March 21
  • The First Berserker: Khazan — March 27
  • Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 — April 24
  • Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma — May 30
