In autumn, both the weather changes and the mood changes. But in order not to fall into autumn depression, we offer you a list of things that should be done at this time of the year.

At the beginning of autumn, Radio Maximum prepared a checklist of necessary things that should be done within three months to make your life interesting and full.

Most of these things do not even require money or any expenses. But it is best to perform them in nature, outside the city.

What you need to do in the fall of 2024:

1. Make a bird feeder for the wintering birds and start feeding them.

2. Go for a walk in the park and watch how the leaves change color every day.

3. Arrange a football match not in a stadium, but somewhere on the bank of a river or in a forest.

4. Bake an apple pie with cinnamon.

5. Put summer clothes in the closet and prepare sets for autumn and winter.

6. Update the playlist in your phone by adding driving and romantic songs about autumn to get you in the mood.

7. Roast the marshmallows on the bonfire.

8. Make a list of movies to watch in the fall.

9. To catch a flying spider web during the midsummer.

10. Prepare mulled wine and invite a company of friends to the tasting.
