Przewodu is a city located eight kilometers from the border with Ukraine and five of the only active power line connecting Poland to the country invaded by Moscow. The Dobrotvirska lineit functions as an island with the power plant on the Ukrainian side and is used to export energy to Poland.
That is why this attack could be framed within Vladimir Putin's initiative to weaken his enemy through access to basic resources, such as water and electricity.

And it adds: “Any armed attack of this nature and any measure adopted accordingly will be , immediately, to the knowledge of the Security Council. These measures will cease when the Security Council has taken the necessary measures to restore and maintain international peace and security.”
