A recipe that is easy to prepare at home and does not take much time, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Boiled rice – 200 g;
• Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp;
• Salt – 0.5 tsp;
• Sugar – 0.5 tsp;
• Cucumber – 1 pc;
• Salmon with/with water – 100 g;
• Cream cheese – 100 g;
• Black sesame – 1 tsp;
• Pickled ginger and wasabi for serving.

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the dressing for rice: mix vinegar, salt and sugar. Finely chop the nori.
2. Mix the rice, dressing and nori.
3. Cut the fish and cucumber.
4. Form the sushi using film and ice molds
5. Turn it over and it's done.< /p>
