Cooking incredibly delicious buckwheat with Evgeny Klopotenko

Buckwheat/Open source < p>Grechaniki is a traditional Ukrainian dish that our ancestors adored. After all, it is hearty, meaty and incredibly tasty. Buckwheats are ideal both for the everyday diet and for the festive table.

Ukrainian chef and restaurateur Yevhen Klopotenko decided to share with his subscribers his secrets of perfect buckwheats. Look for the recipe on his Instagram page.

  • 300 g of minced chicken
  • 125 g of buckwheat
  • 250 ml of water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l. semolina (for breading)
  • 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
  • 1 apple
  • 30 g of butter

For the sauce:

  • 2-3 st. l. tomato paste
  • 200 ml of water
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ bitter pepper
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
