We are preparing incredibly delicious dorado with potatoes according to Olga Ryabenko's recipe

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko decided to share with subscribers with a recipe for an incredibly delicious dish. It is perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Dorado – 2 pcs;
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs;
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • Olive oil – 100 ml;
  • Anchovy – 1 pc (optional);
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Dried basil – 1 tsp;
  • >

  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Dried ginger – 1 tsp;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Olives – 100 g;< /li>
  • Fresh parsley.

For filling:

  • Olive oil – 70 ml;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Dried ginger – 1 tsp
  • Water – 70 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into fillets and remove the bones.

2. Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l of olive oil. Fry chopped garlic and anchovies. Fry for 2 minutes.

3. Cut the tomatoes into rings and put them on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with basil.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles. Put on top of the tomatoes.

5. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, ginger and pour over the potatoes. Cover with a lid and cook until the potatoes are ready.

6. Lay out the fish fillet. Add salt and pepper, parsley and olives. Pour over the sauce and cover with a lid. Cook for about 7 minutes.
