We are preparing dinner: a recipe for leg of lamb with potatoes from Lisa Glinska

This dish is perfect for both everyday and festive dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 leg of lamb

Marinade:

    < li>80 g of barbecue sauce or barbecue ketchup
  • 20 ml of vegetable oil
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • dry garlic (1 tsp )
  • dry ground paprika (1 tsp)

Method of preparation:

1. Remove excess fat from the leg of lamb.

2. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients.

3. Coat the leg of lamb with marinade.

4. We put it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

5. Place the leg on parchment in a metal form. We lay out the salted potatoes, greased with oil.

6. Add a few pods of hot pepper and garlic.

7. Bake the leg in auto mode.
