Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to share a recipe for homemade fast food with his subscribers. Crispy chebureks will definitely appeal to everyone.

Crispy, ruddy, with gooey cheese. And they are prepared on water and from available ingredients. By the way, water is a very important component of the dough, and its taste, consistency and appearance depend on it, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Mineral water – 115 ml;
• Flour – 250 g;
• Sugar – 1 tbsp. l;
• Oil – 15 g;
• Mozzarella – 25 g;
• Hard cheese – 25 g;
• Blue cheese – 15 g;
• Parmesan – 5 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix water, flour, sugar and oil and knead the dough.
2. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest. Meanwhile, grate the cheese.
3. Then divide the dough into parts and roll out into thin circles.
4. Put the cheese “assortment” on the dough and fasten the edges, as in the video.
5. Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
