  • Round pita bread – 6-8 pieces;
  • Ham – 300 g;
  • Eggs – 3 pieces;
  • Milk – 400 ml;
  • Hard cheese – 130 g;
  • Parsley;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Oil and spices – as desired.

< h4>Cooking process:

1. Roll pita bread as shown in the video and place it in a mold.

2. Spread the ham between pita bread.

3. Mix eggs with milk in a bowl.

4. Add grated cheese and chopped parsley.

5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, you can add your favorite dried herbs.

6. Pour the mixture evenly on pita bread and leave for 10 minutes. You can add more pieces of butter.

7. Bake at a temperature of 180° for 45 minutes.
