Cooking delicious lemon chicken together with Olga Ryabenko

If you are looking for something to cook for dinner, then this recipe is definitely for you. This dish is dietary and easy to prepare, so every housewife can handle it.

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko published an incredible chicken recipe on her Instagram page.

Chicken meat is one of the least caloric, tasty and easy to prepare.

Today I am sharing another chicken recipe. This is an ideal dish for holidays or family gatherings, Ryabenko writes.


  • Chicken thigh – 6-8 pieces;
  • Salt;< /li>
  • Lemon pepper – 2 tsp.
  • Oil – 40 g.

Title for the sauce:

    < li>Chicken broth – 400 ml;
  • Cream 33% – 3 tbsp;
  • Honey or syrup – 1 tbsp;
  • Brown sugar – ½ tsp;
  • Mustard – ½ tbsp;
  • Dried parsley – 1 tsp;
  • Oregano – 1 tsp
  • li>

Main sauce:

  • White dry wine – 250 ml;
  • Oil – 30 g;
  • li>
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Flour – 2 tbsp;
  • Parmesan – 60 g;
  • Juice of ½ lemon;
  • Lemon – ½ piece;
  • Parsley.

Cooking process:

1. Rub the meat with salt and lemon pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes – 1 hour.

2. In a bowl with broth, add cream and all the spices for the preparation.

3. Fry the chicken in oil until golden and set aside.

4. Pour wine into the pan. Add butter and garlic and cook for 10-15 minutes.

5. Add flour and, stirring constantly, pour in the preparation for the sauce.

6. Squeeze lemon juice and add parmesan.

7. Return the meat to the sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.

8. Cut the lemon into slices and add to the meat. Serve with parsley.
