The perfect option when you want something sweet, but time or there is no possibility of baking in the oven.

I want to share with you a recipe for an incredibly delicious plum pie, which can be prepared right in the pan. All you need are a few basic ingredients and a little inspiration. Well, and good dishes for serving, so the pie will taste even better, – writes Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • 200-300 g of plums (or other berries or fruits);
  • butter;
  • 2 eggs ;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 50 g of oil;
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar or concentrate;

  • lemon peel – 1/2 pc;
  • 150 g milk;
  • 220 g flour;
  • 6 g (1 teaspoon bitter) baking powder.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.

2. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with oil.

3. Put the plums in a pan.

4. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and mix until smooth.

5. Pour the plums. We put the pan on the fire and cover it with a lid.

6. Bake for 20 minutes on low heat.

7. Cover with parchment and a board and turn over. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
