I want to share with you a recipe for an incredibly delicious plum pie, which can be prepared right in the pan. All you need are a few basic ingredients and a little inspiration. Well, and good dishes for serving, so the pie will taste even better, – writes Ryabenko.
Ingredients:
- 200-300 g of plums (or other berries or fruits);
- butter;
- 2 eggs ;
- a pinch of salt;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 50 g of oil;
- 10 g of vanilla sugar or concentrate;

- lemon peel – 1/2 pc;
- 150 g milk;
- 220 g flour;
- 6 g (1 teaspoon bitter) baking powder.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.

3. Put the plums in a pan.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and mix until smooth.
