We are preparing a delicate and delicious dessert “Three milks” in a glass

If you don't know what dessert to prepare for the festive table, then we share the recipe with you. “Three milks” will perfectly complement any feast and everyone will definitely like it.

Ukrainian pastry chef and chef Liza Glinska decided to share with her subscribers the secrets of preparing a delicious dessert. See the recipe on her Instagram page.

You will definitely be satisfied with this recipe, because it is incredibly easy and delicious. Save the recipe and cook at home.

Ingredients:

For sponge cake:

  • Eggs – 4 pcs;
  • Sugar – 120 g;
  • Flour – 120 g;
  • Baking agent – 5 g;
  • Zest of 1 orange.

< br> For soaking:

  • Milk – 200 ml;
  • Coconut milk – 200 ml;
  • Condensed milk (boiled) – 150 g .

For the cream:

  • Cream 30% – 300 ml;
  • Mascarpone – 150 g;
  • Icing sugar – 25 g.
  • Coconut shavings for decoration.

Method of preparation:

1. We are preparing a biscuit. Beat eggs, sugar and zest in a food processor or blender for 7 minutes.

2. Mix flour with baking powder, mix with a spatula and carefully introduce it into the egg mass.

3. Put the dough in a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm and bake in an oven heated to 165° for 35 minutes.

4. Allow to cool and break into 3×3 cm pieces.

5. We are preparing the infusion. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a homogeneous mass.

6. Pour into a bowl and let cool.

7. Prepare the cream. Whip the cream and mascarpone to stiff peaks.

8. We collect the dessert. Soak pieces of biscuit.

9. Alternate the biscuit with the cream, put the dessert in glasses or jars.

10. Decorate the top with cream and coconut shavings (it is better to fry the shavings first).
