September 21st. FINMARKET.RU – VTB (MCX: VTBR) will place one-day exchange-traded bonds of the KS-3-501 series in the volume of 50 billion rubles on September 21 at a price of 99.9895% of par, the bank said.
This price corresponds to a yield to maturity of 3.84% per annum.
The discount bonds are placed by open subscription within the framework of the third program of VTB exchange-traded one-day bonds of the KC-3 series in the amount of up to 15 trillion rubles, which the Moscow Exchange registered on May 16 under the number 401000B004P02E. The program is unlimited. The par value of the securities is 1,000 rubles.
The pilot program of short-term securities of VTB for 5 trillion rubles was approved in September 2016. VTB placed its debut one-day bonds of the KS-1-1 series on October 24, 2016, then continued to enter the market every working day.
VTB plans to place such securities on a daily basis, but reserves the right not to enter the market.
