German brand Volkswagen has unveiled the concept of an extreme version of the electric crossover ID.4 GTX, which has been turned into an impressive ID SUV. Xtreme, reports Motor1.

Volkswagen ID. The Xtreme has a power front bumper, as well as 18-inch rims on off-road tires, extended by 50 mm fenders, arches of which were made by 3D printing and aluminum underbody protection. The developers rebuilt the suspension with increased ground clearance for a rally-cross mode.

The interior equipment of the car is kept a secret for now, but the manufacturer assured that new seats are installed there and there are Alcantara inserts with orange accents.

This model of the new crossover is equipped with all-wheel drive. The new rear motor and modified software have increased the total output by 65 kilowatts, that is, up to 285 kilowatts (388 hp). Volkswagen ID. The Xtreme also retained the top-of-the-line battery at 82 kilowatt-hours    no further information about dynamics is yet available.
