The Judicial Power annulled the resolution who refused permission for the sentenced former regional governor of Junín, Vladimir Cerrón, can travel to Mexico and the interior of Peru on different dates in the month of September, within the framework of the investigation he is facing for the alleged crime of terrorism.

It was after the Third National Criminal Court of Appeals of the National Superior Court of Specialized Criminal Justice declared the appeal filed by the technical defense of Cerrón partially founded Red.

In this way, the decision of the Tenth National Preparatory Investigation Court that had rejected their travel requests in the first instance, on August 22, was revoked.
