< p>Visitors are stuck for three days in the Tan Hill Inn pub, which is called the highest in the UK.
The pub and hotel in the Yorkshire Dales are located at an altitude of 528 meters above sea level, according to unian.net. On Friday, November 26, about fifty guests gathered there for the Oasis tribute concert. However, storm Arwen hit the country, according to unian.net.
Visitors and staff were blocked in the institution for the night due to snowfall. When they woke up on Saturday morning, they found snowdrifts almost a meter deep outside the windows. Vehicles have been skidded and road access is not allowed.
“We had a great time with our stuck guests, it was really a lot of fun,” said pub manager Nicola Townsend. According to her, when the roads were cleared on Monday, some of the visitors did not want to leave. Some of them even decided to meet annually in this pub.
