Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki said after a meeting in Paris with French President Emmanuel Macron that Poland is strongly against the issuance by the European Union of all visas to Russians, except for humanitarian ones. This was reported by Polish Radio".
"Poland, together with Finland, together with the Baltic countries, is among those countries that indicate our more decisive approach to blocking all visas for ;citizens of Russia, with except for humanitarian visas", — he said.
Morawiecki expressed the opinion that it is necessary to send a clear signal to Russia and all Russians that their “activities are unacceptable and criminal.”
The politician also noted that now This is not the time to use the money of tourists from Russia.
Earlier, BAGNET reported that Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala also said that his country was in favor of restrictions in issuing visas to Russian citizens.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Prague respects the position of other countries, but seeks to convince them that it is right.
