The first phase of the project, which is planned for 2030, will be focused on the production of specialized chips for defense, artificial intelligence and other high -tech areas. The project will receive state support, including direct financing covering up to 30% of the total investment and tax benefits.

< p > in & Rsquo; Etnam already has 174 projects, proboned; Rsquo; ryquo; However, the new factory is a critical element of the long -term strategy in & RSQUO; Yetnam Creating Own Ecosystem for Design, Production and Testing of Chips. < p > The second phase of the project, which will last from 2030 to 2040, is expected to be in & Rsquo; ETNAMA to the market as the world center of electronics and semiconductors. The country plans to expand the number of design companies up to 200, to build two semiconductor chips production and create 15 OB & Rsquo; Ents for Packaging and Testing. < P > However, there are difficulties, including infrastructure restrictions, strong dependence on imports of high-tech equipment and rigid competition by regional players in Southeast Asia. Although the current project for plate production may not immediately turn into & Rsquo; Etnam into a semiconductor production leader, this will be the first step to creating a complex, long -term semiconductor ecosystem, which can eventually support more advanced production capabilities.
