We are only a few days away from the release of Venom: The Last Dance. A third and final opus that fans are waiting for. While the film is currently quite secret, the first American returns have just been released. And visibly, it is of better quality than the two previous installments.
Venom 3: the revival?
In 2018, Sony Pictures decides to launch its own Marvel Universe connected to the cinema with the first Venom. Led by Tom Hardy, the feature film is the first opus of Sony’s Spider-Man Universe(SSU), a universe connected to the Spider-Man universe, but… Without Spider-Man. Sony decides to focus on the most iconic villains of the web-slinger with films like Morbius, Madame Web and Kraven the Hunter.
The first Venom is a huge success with more than 856 million dollarsbox office revenue. An impressive score but not so surprising when you know the influence of Venom on comic book fans. Unfortunately, Venom: Let There Be Carnage was a critical and financial disappointment. This sequel received dismal feedback from the press and spectators and only brought in 506 million dollars in box office revenue. With Venom: The Last Dance, director Kelly Marcel is expected to deliver.
The first feedback
The embargo on reactions on social media has just fallen. The few lucky ones who were able to see Venom 3 have therefore given their reactions on the various social networks. I saw Venom: The Last Danceand it's the most cinematic Venom of the trilogy. The dynamic between Eddie Brock and Venom is at its peak and the stakes are much higher. I had a lot of fun and the last act is crazy.

Venom: The Last Dance takes us on a wild and exhilarating ride from start to finish! It's a fun popcorn movie that reminds me of the comic book adaptations of the early 2000s. The action is great and pays homage to the action movies of the 80s. There are a ton of funny moments. Are there any plot holes or problems with the story? Yes. Is it fun? Yes.

With plenty of scenes ranging from the wacky to the downright crazy, the film doesn't hold back on “Venom” action. Take it for what it is. An epic and emotional finale. Tom Hardy gives it his all and Sony has never been better. The action is mind-blowing and omnipresent. Not only the best Venom, this is one of the best comic book adaptations of all time. A fitting ending that sets up a sequel.
