Read analytical articles, take part in brainstorming. Do tasks that require a non-standard approach to learn to analyze a situation from different points of view.
3. Teamwork
Join volunteer projects or clubs based on your interests. Working in groups will help you understand the dynamics of team cooperation and learn to achieve common goals.

Try to go beyond the usual comfort zone. Take courses related to new technologies or methods to learn how to respond quickly to change.
5. Emotional intelligence
Develop awareness of your own emotions, learn to recognize the emotions of others. Practicing empathy will help you improve your relationships with colleagues.
6. Time Management
Use planning tools like calendars or to-do lists to better organize your day. Try techniques like Pomodoro to improve your productivity.
