Some of the Iranian missiles penetrated Israel's Iron Dome, they were seen over Jerusalem and Haifa, and there were also reports of landings in the area of the Mossad headquarters in Tel Aviv and at two Israeli Air Force air bases.
At the same time, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised retaliation against the Iranians. And Tehran at the same time warned: then the next attack will be more devastating.
White House Chief Joe Biden responded to the mutual threats of Middle Eastern opponents and ordered the American military to help Israel shoot down Iranian missiles.
