Under what conditions it is possible not to go to the TCC after serving a summons: the Ministry of Defense gave the reasons< /p> You can not go to the TCC for several reasons/Vinnytsia.info

According to the law, there are four serious reasons why you can not come to the Territorial centers of recruitment and social support after receiving a summons. We will pay attention to them.

This information was published by the Ministry of Defense on a special web resource. The department emphasizes that there are four such valid reasons.

When it is possible not to go to the TCC after serving a summons

  • obstacles of a natural nature;
  • illness of a citizen;
  • military operations in the relevant territory and their consequences or other circumstances that prevented him from appearing in person at the specified place and time;
  • death of a close relative (parents, wife (husband) ), child, brothers, sisters, grandfathers, grandmothers) or a close relative of his wife (husband).

However, a citizen must inform the military commissariat about the reasons for his absence in the near future, no later than three days. After that, he must appear at the Territorial Picking Center within seven calendar days.

In addition, the reasons for the absence should be confirmed with relevant documents from the relevant authorized state bodies, institutions and organizations. We remind you that refusal to visit the TCC and SP may lead to administrative and criminal consequences.
