While monitoring social networks, police officers discovered a video in which a girl was drawing the Russian flag on her face and speaking out against Ukraine on the social network.
Operators of the Criminal Police Department of the Uman District Police Department identified the girl. She turned out to be a 24-year-old Uman resident. She was invited to the police department to establish the circumstances.
According to the girl's explanations, she drew the Russian flag in order to attract the attention of Russian users.
Information about the event is registered in the unified register. The police handed the Uman resident over to the SBU officers for a full check.
