< p> The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft law No. 7293 on obtaining vocational education. It allows Ukrainians to study at schools free of charge for the second time.

This was reported by People's Deputy Olena Shulyak in Telegram.

It is noted that in war conditions, the need for skilled workers in Ukraine has increased significantly. Now Ukrainians will be able to receive vocational education throughout their lives at the expense of the state budget.

This bill also provides that training programs can be aimed at obtaining both full and partial professional qualifications. This will make it possible to train specialists in short-term programs for the specific needs of the state for the recovery of countries

Professional education institutions have been banned from refusing to accept documents and enroll on the terms of a state or regional order in the absence of registration of a person's place of residence in the corresponding territorial community.< /p>

In addition, the parliament prohibited the liquidation or reorganization of vocational education institutions transferred from state to communal ownership for 10 years without the consent of the Ministry of Education and Science.
