< img src = "/uploads/blogs/a0/9b/ib-ib288mi1q_d4ce8b4A.jpg" Alt = "Ukrainians were warned about a new way of deception in Telegram"/> ~ ~ ~ < p > Ukraine has recorded a new type of fraud in the Telegram messenger. The attackers use fake video cars to lure money or spread phishing links. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on April 3.

< p > According to law enforcement officers, the scheme of fraudsters consists of several stages:

< p > Back of the account. The attackers access the victim profile.

< P > Installation of fake video. Using real video messages of a broken user, fraudsters create a fake monologue where a friend is asking for financial assistance.

< p > mailing to victims. False video is sent to friends and acquaintances who can believe in request for help and send money.

< P > Law enforcement officers advise to follow the following safety measures:

< Ul > < Li > If you have received suspicious video messages asking for money, SWP; RSQUO; SHOW WITH A SEFFER through another messenger or call. ~ ~ < Li > Two -factor authentication in Telegram to complicate access to your account for malefactors. < li > Do not go on suspicious links that may contain phishing sites for theft

< p > Fake video cables look plausible, so even attentive users can be victims. Fraudsters actively improve cheating methods using artificial intelligence to simulate human voice and facial expressions.

< P > Law enforcement officers urge Ukrainians to be vigilant, not trust the emotional request for help without checking and immediately report cases of fraud.
