The head coach of the Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestling team Volodymyr Shatskikh told Public that the International Federation has changed the quarantine period for athletes changing citizenship – from three years to one and a half since the last tournament.

BAGNET notes that 24-year-old Kharkiv-born Semyon Novikov is the 2020 European champion and two-time winner of the U23 World Youth Championships. He performs in the weight category up to 87 kg – together with Zhan Belenyuk, Tokyo Olympic champion and two-time world champion.
