President Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that Ukraine will not give up plans for a counteroffensive in Donbass against the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia. He said this in an interview with Bild.
"We will act step by step according to our plans. I am sure that we will liberate our territory", — Zelensky said.
The Ukrainian leader also noted that the televised address of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was broadcast on the morning of September 21, was not something new for him. According to Zelensky, he did not watch it because he has all the information he needs. He stressed that Ukrainian intelligence knew about the Kremlin plans to announce a partial mobilization.
