Germany handed over six more Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns (ZSU) to the Ukrainian military.

Recall that the first German Gepard installations arrived in Ukraine in July 2022. At the same time, approximately 49 thousand shells for this weapon were delivered during August alone.
Before that, on September 14, Germany announced that transferred four more Gepard installations to Ukraine.
BAGNET notes, Gepard has an automated firing system that takes into account atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity, as well as wind speed and direction during operation, to simplify targeting.
Thanks to the installations, infrastructure facilities will be covered from attacks by Russian helicopters and aircraft at low and ultra-low altitudes.
