This equipment visually differed from others by the absence of paint on the bumper group, external locks, rear-view mirrors and wheel arches. The main sign of presence in the budget segment was the power plant of the machine. Under the hood of the SUV, a ZMZ-409 gasoline engine was installed, generating 135 horsepower. Also, the vehicle had an old-style front axle. The Ulyanovsk pickup had the same configuration, and it is also no longer available for sale. The plant representatives explained why the vehicles were removed from the market. As it turned out, the budget variations were not in demand. Another reason was the use of outdated technologies in the car design.
Now buyers will be able to purchase only a version of the Patriot SUV with a ZMZ-Pro engine generating 150 horsepower with a working volume of 2.7 liters. This car will cost customers 927 thousand, which is 32 thousand more expensive than the Classic Fleet configuration.
