Twin Peaks Star Joins Fallout Movie

Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Aaron Moten (Last Night) and Celia Mendes-Jones (Desolation) have joined the cast of the new series based on the Fallout computer game of the same name for Amazon Studios. Variety reports this.

At the moment, it is not known which characters the actors will play, because all the details about the plot of the film adaptation are kept secret. One can only assume that the action in the series, as well as in games, will unfold in post-apocalyptic America.

Recall that Walton Goggins (“Unicorn” (The Unicorn)) and Ella Purnell (“Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children”).

The series is scheduled to begin production later in 2022. It is being developed by Amazon Studios with the support of the developers of the third and fourth Fallout from Bethesda Game Studios, and the showrunners are Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld.

According to ProShoKino, Sony Pictures will release three series based on PlayStation gaming franchises.
