Disable this feature if your Android has started to discharge quickly

The charge of a smartphone is affected by many factors, one of which is the power consumption of various applications and functions. If you noticed that your Android began to lose charge quickly, try first of all to deactivate unnecessary options.

In material “UNIAN” users were told which function should be turned off so that the smartphone works better. It was implemented relatively recently, but probably this option is present in your gadget.

What function to turn off on Android to save charge

It is about “Adaptive notifications” (Android Adaptive Notifications) . For some users, this feature may well be useful, especially those who do not have the time or desire to check messages. Then it independently analyzes the importance of incoming messages and sets them a priority for further delivery. But it may also be that this option may miss an important message from a messenger or banking application, deciding that it is not relevant for you at the moment.

What's more, Android Adaptive Notifications is constantly running in the background, and this leads to additional load on the processor and battery. To turn off the feature, go to Settings, search for “Notifications” and scroll until you see Android Adaptive Notifications, then toggle the switch to the inactive state.
