Turkey officially submitted an application for accession to BRICS. This is reported by Bloomberg in its communications to Dzherel.

Such a decision was made by the country several months ago for the low number of failures in the negotiations before joining the European Union. You can look at the news about the annexed region until unification at the BRICS summit, which will take place on 22-24 in Kazan.
