Transmitted data on bridge security and locations of fuel tankers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Donetsk region resident will be tried

A former employee of the internal affairs bodies of Donetsk region, who in July 2022 began to cooperate with a representative of the enemy troops, will be tried.

This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office on January 7.

In order to assist the occupiers in carrying out subversive activities against Ukraine, the woman transmitted information to the commander via Telegram detachment of the so-called people's militia «DNR» information of a military nature.

«She wrote text messages about the deployment of personnel and equipment of the Defense Forces in the Kramatorsk direction. She focused on the locations of servicemen who guarded bridges, and the location of the ASU fuel tankers», — the message states.

Prosecutors of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment against a citizen to the court on the fact of committing high treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She was chosen as a preventive measure — detention.
