Sometimes it seems like there is more work than time to do it. How to make sure that important things don't get lost among trifles?

Time management is a set of methods and techniques for time management. Knowing how to plan and structure your day, week, month and even year will make your life much easier and will definitely lead to success.

Here are seven simple ways to help you prioritize and work more efficiently:

1. The “important/urgent” method. Divide tasks into 4 groups: important and urgent, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither. Start with the most important.

2. Ask yourself the question, “What will happen if I don't do this?”. This will help weed out those cases that will not have serious consequences.

3. The rule of “three things”.Identify the 3 most important tasks for the day and focus on them as much as possible.

4. Pomodoro technique. Divide working time into 25-minute intervals, then take short breaks. This will help you focus on one task and reduce burnout.

5. Delegate. Don't try to do everything by yourself. Delegate part of the tasks to those who can complete them.

6. Make a plan for the week. Define the main goals for the next 7 days and check your actions against the plan daily.

7. Give up the excess. The ability to say “no” is a skill that helps you focus on important things and not get distracted.
