Ticket sharing and hugs: new features have appeared in the UZ application

Several new functions have appeared in the “Ukrzaliznytsia” application. Ticket sharing between accounts and the possibility of personalizing the account are now available.

RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

New features that will make traveling even more convenient and personalized:

  • Ticket sharing between accounts. Now you can create a profile for the passenger for whom you are purchasing a ticket, specifying their full name and phone number to which the account is registered. The purchased ticket automatically appears in the passenger's account, and hugs for the trip are credited to them. The system will automatically check the compliance.
  • Additional personalization. Now you can specify the date of birth and gender in the account. This will allow you to personalize greetings on holidays and special days in the future.
  • Hugs for children's tickets. Parents traveling with children will receive hugs for each child's ticket purchased.

Hugs are the program's internal currency.

Navigation in the “Iron Friends” loyalty program

Changes have been made to the loyalty program that make it much easier to find offers. New categories are now available:

  • Kids;
  • Leisure;
  • Health.

Special selections:

  • Business veterans – suggestions from defenders and veterans who are developing their own business.
  • Made in Ukraine – support for brands that produce products and work in the country.

These changes make the Ukrzaliznytsia application even more convenient and focused on the needs of passengers.
