Three Ukrainians to be tried for distributing data on the whereabouts of CCC representatives

Indictments have been sent to the court against three individuals who organized Internet groups to provide information about the places where summonses were served and the movements of CCC representatives. This was reported by the press service of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation established that two Cherkasy residents and one Uman resident created groups in messengers in which they provided information about the whereabouts of representatives of the procurement centers. Their activities allowed citizens to avoid communicating with representatives of the CCC and the SP.

The defendants were aware of the illegality of their actions, used automatic deletion of messages and symbolic designations to conceal their activities.

Obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to eight years.
