Marinade Recipes to the chicken/azerbaijan_stockers

Do you want the chicken to always be juicy and fragrant? The secret is in the right marinade. But the method of storage plays an equally important role,

He recommends vacuuming the meat. And so that it is stored longer and the pickling process is faster.
Yellow marinade:
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
- Yogurt – 1 tablespoon;
- Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Salt – 1 teaspoon;
- Dried onion – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Dried ginger – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon ;
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon;
- Dry garlic – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Dried or fresh cilantro – 1 teaspoon.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients, marinate meat and vacuum.
Red marinade:
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
- Sour cream – 2 tablespoons ;
- Fresh ginger – 1 teaspoon;
- Fresh garlic – 1 clove;
- Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Cloves – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Nutmeg – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Salt – 1 teaspoon;
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Anise – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Dry chili – 1/2 teaspoon spoons;
- Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Coriander – 1/2 teaspoon;
- Paprika – 2 teaspoons;
< li>Juice of half a lime.
Method of preparation: Grind cumin, cloves and anise in a mortar. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken fillet or thighs. Vacuum to speed up the pickling process. Store in the refrigerator.

- Honey – 1 tablespoon.
