Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree to allocate more than 7.3 billion rubles in 2020 for the development of road infrastructure.
“The government continues to develop road infrastructure. We will allocate more than 7 billion rubles for this purpose in nine regions of the country. The funds will be used to repair the construction of roads, bridges and other road facilities,” Mishustin said at a meeting with government members on Monday.
The prime minister noted that the work will be carried out not only in cities, regional roads should also be updated, including between municipalities. “I ask Rosavtodor to control this work,” Mishustin said.
The press service of the government of the Russian Federation clarified that the allocated more than 7.3 billion rubles will allow to bring more than 140 km of the roadway in Karachay-Cherkessia, Bashkortostan, Buryatia, Karelia, Vologda, Ivanovo, Leningrad and Omsk regions, as well as in St. -Petersburg.
