This is where Ukraine ranks in the world in terms of the level of development of digital public services

In the rating of the Online services Index, an international study of the E-Government Development Index, which evaluates 193 countries of the world and is developed by the UN, Ukraine ranks 5th in terms of the level of development of digital public services.

This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Affairs with reference to the E-Government Development Index study.

The international rating developed by the UN assesses the level of e-government and the involvement of citizens in interacting with the state through electronic services .

During the work of the Ministry of Digital, Ukraine rose from the 102nd place to the 5th place according to the Online services Index rating. In addition, Ukraine took first place according to the E-Participation indicator – it measures the extent to which citizens are ready to participate in government processes through online platforms.

Digitization has already become an integral part of the life of Ukrainians – the Diya application already has 20.9 million users, for whom 21 documents and more than 30 services are available. And on the Diya portal, almost 6 million people receive more than 120 transparent services, the Ministry of Digitization emphasizes and notes that Ukraine's experience in the digitalization of the public sector in crisis situations is unique and important for the whole world.

He also added that other countries of the world want to integrate the Ukrainian “Dia”. Fedorov set the team the task of taking first place in the ranking for the development of digital public services in 2026.
