It is noted that in order to protect US national security, Huawei is prohibited from purchasing such technology from 2020.

The US Department of Commerce has already stated, that he is aware of potential export control violations. But the department cannot comment on whether any investigation is being conducted in this regard.

According to the source, about two weeks ago, TSMC reported such a find to the authorities in Taiwan and the United States, and at the same time started its own detailed investigation.
