The titanium iPhone 16 weighs almost as much as the steel models

The new iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models are equipped with titanium frames, which makes they are lighter compared to previous models with steel bodies, despite the large screens. However, the difference is not that big, reports 9to5mac.

The iPhone 16 Pro with a 6.3-inch screen weighs 199 grams, which is 7 grams lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro with a 6.1-inch screen that weighs 206 grams. Similarly, the 6.9-inch iPhone 16 Pro Max weighs 227 grams, which is 13 grams lighter than the 240 grams of the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max.
