The STING Mad Max drone from the Golyk team was tested under strong wind conditions

Invulnerable to EW, easy to control and also resistant to bad weather – the Ukrainian STING Mad Max strike drone has once again proven its endurance. The development team conducted tests of the next batch of bombers for the military and identified another strong point of the UAV.

About the success of the test  told  on Facebook Yuriy Golyk – an entrepreneur and volunteer who, together with his partners, gathered professional engineers to develop military drones.

Previously, the STING Mad Max bomber passed an inspection by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and is now recommended for use in the Armed Forces. Load capacity – 3 kg, flight range – 10 km, resistance to the influence of radar traps – all these are far from all its advantages. The developers improved the video module of the UAV, and programmed several flight modes for more convenient control – “point and altitude hold” and “mission flight”, which is essentially an autopilot.

A party of drones, which has shown resistance to air gusts, will soon destroy Russian equipment and the invaders themselves armed with several military units.

“We are scrupulous about checking each drone. It is not only about the high quality bar of our destructive products. Drones – are the “eyes” and weapons of our defenders, and they must be fail-safe. This is a high responsibility. And in fact, the main reason why we don't hand over equipment to units without preliminary testing,” Yurii Golyk said.

As he said earlier, the developers directly involve future “consumers” in testing drones – military Professional operators help to evaluate the success of new models and the quality of upgrading existing ones. In addition, the engineering team created a kind of course on UAVs, in which it transfers practical and theoretical knowledge to the military, to whom it then sends copters.
