State Department reacted to Russian threats to Lithuania

In the USA stated that NATO's obligations to Lithuania are “iron”, and an attack on it would mean an attack on the entire alliance.

The US State Department said that NATO would fight for Lithuania, in the event of an attack RF. This was announced at a briefing on Tuesday, June 21, by US State Department spokesman Ned Price.

“We support our NATO allies, we support Lithuania. Our Commitment to NATO Article 5 – the postulate that an attack on one would mean an attack on all, – indestructible”, – said a State Department spokesman.
