The son of the speaker Svetlana Morgunova died of coronavirus at the age of 52
The son of the legendary Russian TV and radio host, announcer of the Central TV of the USSR Svetlana Morgunova has died at the age of 52. This was stated by the head of administration of the Tagansky district of the Russian capital Ilya Sviridov, which accounted to the deceased brother.
It is reported that a few days ago the doctors discovered the 52-year-old son of the actress, who worked in the Museum-reserve Kolomenskoye, coronavirus infection. After that, Morgunov refused the offer of medical personnel of the hospital and decided to be treated at home. According to Sviridov, may 10, his brother was in the hospital and in isolation, moreover, shortly before the death of men between them held a telephone conversation, during which he had not noticed in the condition of a sick relative no major changes. And in the morning of may 20 it became known about his death.
Due to family tragedy he once again called on the citizens to the maximum to take seriously the threat COVID-19. He also added that the deceased left a wife, a daughter and an elderly 80-year-old mother.
