The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

The enemy is attacking in the Kupyan, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv directions, the Russians are trying to advance in the Marin and Shakhtar directions, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue their offensive in the Melitopol direction and have success south of Bakhmut.

< li>On the Volyn and Poliske directions the operational situation has not changed significantly.
• On the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Popivka, Chernihiv Region, Grabovskoye, Starykovo, Sumy Region, and Granov, Kharkiv Region. More than 25 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar fire, including Bleshnya in the Chernihiv region, Kozache, Uhroidy, Grabovske in the Sumy region, and Udy, Veterinarne, Vovchansk, Budarky, Ohirtseve in the Kharkiv region.

• In the Bakhmut directionThe defense forces repelled enemy attacks in the Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Klishchiivka districts of the Donetsk region. More than 15 settlements, including Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, and North Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar fire. 
• In turn, as a result of the assaults, the Defense Forces had partial success south of Bakhmut, dislodge the enemy from their occupied positions and entrench themselves at the reached boundaries.
• In the Avdiiv directionUkrainian soldiers repelled enemy attacks in the Novokalynovoy and Avdiivka districts of the Donetsk region. The enemy launched an airstrike near Avdiivka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Keramik, Stepove, Avdiyivka, Severne of the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
• In the Mar’ directionDefense forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in Krasnohorivka and Marinka districts of Donetsk region. The enemy launched an air strike near Krasnohorivka. About 10 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar fire, including Krasnohorivka, Mar’inka, and Pobyeda of the Donetsk region.
• On the Shakhtarskyi direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the area south of Prechistivka . The enemy launched an air strike near Urozhany. About 10 settlements, including Vugledar, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva, and Urozhane of the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar fire.
• In the Zaporizhia directionthe enemy carried out airstrikes in the vicinity of Malaya Tokmachka, Robotyny, Omelnyk, Zaporizhzhia region. More than 20 settlements, including Olhivske, Gulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Robotine, Kam’yanske of the Zaporizhzhya region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
• On the Kherson direction the enemy carried out airstrikes near Kozatskyi and Odradokam Yanks. Antonivka, Kherson, Veletenske, Tomyna Balka of the Kherson region were hit by artillery and mortar fire.
• At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, destroy the enemy and step by step release occupied territories.

"During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 9 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and on the positions of the enemy's anti-aircraft missile systems.

1 ammunition depot, 5 artillery pieces, 2 control points, 2 enemy anti-aircraft missile complexes were hit by units of missile troops and artillery.
