The share of customs payments at export in the total volume of transfers of the FCS of the Russian Federation in the budget continues to decline rapidly – in April it dropped to less than 25%. “At the end of April 2020 the share of payments for exports was 23.7% (all enums), while imports of 70.7% (there are other charges, so the sum of exports and imports less than 100%)”, – informed “Interfax” in the press service of the FCS.
As a whole, for Jan-APR 2020 the share of payments when exports amounted to 33.2% of all transfers, and the import and 64.5%. For 2019, the share of payments when exports amounted to 40% of all customs payments in the budget, the share in imports by 58%.
As reported, the Federal customs service in January-April 2020 transferred to the budget of 1 trillion 499,5 bln rubles, the reduction of transfers amounted to 17.8% compared to the same period of 2019.
Thus, in April 2020 enumeration fell from 39.4% to 311,6 billion with 514,6 billion in April 2019.
For 2020 the forecast for the TCF job transfer made at the beginning of March 5 trillion 343 billion rubles, but obviously these numbers will be significantly adjusted at budget review.
