Russian Railways (RZD) has set the 13th coupon rate for BO-16 series bonds at 4.6% per annum, the company said.
The 25-year issue of the company's BO-16 series bonds worth RUB 25 billion was placed in October 2014. The 1st coupon rate is set at 9% per annum. The issue provides for the payment of 50 semi-annual coupons. Subsequent coupons depend on the CPI and are calculated as annual inflation rate + 1% per annum. If the rate determined by the issuer exceeds the level of 10% per annum, early redemption of bonds is possible.
Currently, there are 34 issues of Russian Railways exchange-traded bonds for 583 billion rubles and 13 issues of classic bonds for 210.2 billion rubles.
