The police confirmed that Tandyr was drunk
The State Bureau of Investigation completed the pre-trial investigation into the head of the Makariv district court Oleksiy Tandyr , who shot down National Guardsman Vadym Bondarenko to death.
"Currently, the materials of the criminal proceedings are open for perusal by the defense side", – the agency reported.
During the collection of biological samples, Tandyr tried to distort their contents in order to hide his state of alcohol intoxication.
