The question of how pensions will be accrued for pensioners, whose assets include “Soviet” experience, was explained by the head of the Amur branch of the PFR Elena Goncharova after the appeal of a resident of Blagoveshchensk. According to the specialist, recalculation means the valorization carried out in 2010. This is a special system aimed at increasing the size of payments by increasing pension rights by 10% and 1% for each year of work experience earned before 1991. This principle is still applied by the FIU specialists, so the rights of Russians were taken into account.

The State Duma of Russia is also preparing to consider a draft law on mandatory annual indexation of pension payments. This will affect citizens who continue to work, but their payments have not changed in the last 4 years. The document implies the annual recalculation of pension payments. If the project is supported by Russian parliamentarians, then no controlling body will be able to stop the process.
